Heritage Pet Hospital has outgrown its 3,600-square-foot complex at 2117 U.S. Highway 52 North, so Core Real Estate Group is building a new 6,000-square-foot, tailor-made hospital at 3515 Sarah Place NW by the Kwik Trip convenience store on the corner of Superior Drive Northwest and Valleyhigh Drive Northwest.
